Palm Grove Regional Health is a health care clinic dedicated to providing increased access and exceptional care to the Pee Dee Region.  Our clinic offers a patient centered and community focused approach to the delivery of health care services.  Palm Grove was created to provide personalized care in a clean, modern, relaxed setting while allowing patients convenient options to be seen.  Traditional office visits, telehealth serviced, drive-thru acute/urgent care, as well as home visit options available.
